GuardianX is the next generation personal safety app and community. Cornell University is launching Rave Guardian, a free mobile app that turns your smartphone into a personal safety device. The aim of the Rave Guardian app is to provide a new channel to report non-emergency information and crimes to the University Police Department. If in an emergency situation (on- or off-campus), Rave Guardian has a 911 distress button.
